Sports Tourism Briefing Document Briefing papers for the North/South Inter-Parliamentary Association (NSIPA) The North/South Inter-Parliamentary Association (NSIPA) which comprises representatives from all the main political parties of the Northern Ireland Assembly and Houses of the Oireachtas, held its fifth Plenary in the Seanad Chamber, Leinster House on 7 November 2014. The Oireachtas Library and Research Service and the Research and Information Service in the Northern Assembly jointly produced background briefing papers for the delegates to the plenary.
