E-Resource Access Issues
If you experience difficulty accessing online resources please ensure the following:
- That you are using the links on either the Library website https://library.ait.ie/ or our A-Z Resources list https://library.ait.ie/a-z/
- When connecting to a resource you will be asked for your TUS Network Credentials. This is your student number and password that you use to access your Moodle and email
If you are still having access issues, please email library.midlands@tus.ie with the following information and a member of the library team will respond to you as soon as possible:
- What e-resource you are having trouble accessing
- Your TUS status (i.e. are you undergraduate/postgraduate/alumni/staff)
- Please include screenshots of issues where possible
