The Library team are available on email & Live Chat Monday-Friday to answer questions and offer support. Students & Staff can book a 1:1 Zoom/Teams sessions with a Librarian.
Staff and students should have their TUS ID card on them when onsite in the library in line with TUS policy; library staff can request to see TUS ID, and do spot checks.
Library Skills & Training: The Library provides Library Skills Sessions for for students throughout the academic year. These sessions will show you how to search for information for your assignments; teach you how to develop a search strategy; teach you how to correctly reference, and much more! Book your place for any session that will be of benefit to you. The sessions are mainly delivered online, but click on the session you wish to register for to check if we are delivering it online or on site. All electronic collections are available to students, researchers and staff through the Library website. Use the Library's Click & Collect Service to put items on hold for pick-up or contact us if you need another format of delivery. Scan & Deliver will be available again from next week.
Academic Staff: In preparation for the new semester:
Preparing Reading Lists: Guide for Academics will provide you with all the information you need to review our collections and our latest book and eBook purchases in your subject area.
Book a Library Skills Class: Guide for Academics will allow you to book in a skills class for your students, specific to a particular module, assignment or general information skills.
Alumni/External Membership: The library is currently reopening after building works over the summer and will have an updated policy for External Readers, including Alumni, by the end of September 2022. External reader with queries should email email@example.com. Click here for more information.
