Your laptop is loaned to you on a semester-to-semester basis, you can renew your laptop at the end of each semester to continue your loan into the following semester. You’ll receive emails from the library to remind you when you need to renew this loan.

Laptop on Loan Scheme
The laptop on loan scheme was introduced by the government to ensure all students could access their online learning environments during COVID-19. The library offers a wealth of resources and we want to make sure you can access them here and online.
Student Responsibility and Liability Agreement
We ask you to sign this declaration so we know you will keep the laptop safe, use it for college work, and return it when you complete your studies or no longer need the laptop. While you have the laptop to use, it is important to remember it still belongs to TUS and you must return it, in good condition, when you are no longer a student. If anything happens to your laptop while on loan you must contact the library immediately.
