Who can deposit material/content?

Staff, Researchers and Postgraduate Students of TUS are welcome to deposit material / content in our Institutional Repository, Research@THEA.

How to deposit content in Research@THEA?

Content in Research@THEA can be deposited in 2 different ways:

Email us;

  • Midlands Deposit: If you have content you would like to deposit, you can email it to repository@tus.ie or directly to the Repository Content Manager Rosarii Dunne at: rdunne@ait.ie 
  • Midwest Deposit: If you have content you would like to deposit, you can email it to repository@tus.ie or directly to the Repository Content Manager Rosarii Dunne at: rdunne@ait.ie 

Self-deposit;

To register for a THEA account, please email: repository@tus.ie. When registered, staff/researchers can directly deposit their own content.  Simply login to Research@THEA, select TUS, click on my account – submissions, select the type of material you wish to deposit (journal article, book chapter etc.), choose the relevant faculty / department / research institute and complete mandatory fields. 

Content format

  • The accepted version for deposit is the final manuscript version of your work.

  • The final manuscript version, is the final draft, after peer review (including any peer review changes) but without the publishers formatting, typesetting or logos.

  • The final pdf version of Thesis, after assessment.

  • Different formats can be uploaded and these will be converted to pdf where appropriate.
